DELIVERY & RETURNS.

Standard UK delivery is £4.95 for a single item, and free when you buy 2 or more items. Mix any flavours and ranges.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 3 working days. Delivery times are estimated and may occasionally be affected by delays. All orders are sent via DPD tracked service. If your order is delayed, please contact us at stalkus@zombiesnacks.co.uk.

Not at the moment: we deliver to UK addresses only. We currently can’t deliver to the following postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, BT, JE, GY, IM, PO30-41, TR21-25. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product once its packaging has been opened.

Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us at stalkus@zombiesnacks.co.uk with your order number, and we will refund you in full.

After delivery, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unopened and still sealed. Email us within that time with your order number, then send the unopened products back within 14 days of telling us, at your own cost, to: Zombie Snacks, PO Box 4568, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 0WH. We will refund the price you paid for the products and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, if that is sooner.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at stalkus@zombiesnacks.co.uk, with your order number and a photo if you can. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.
