For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products. You can cancel before dispatch, or within 14 days of delivery if the products are unopened and sealed. Tell us within 14 days of delivery if anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
